Relevance:
Elderly people and individuals with disabilities in frontline areas are often left without assistance. Due to dangers, infrastructure damage, and lack of gas, electricity, and water, they cannot easily purchase or prepare food. Homes frequently lack heating, making even basic daily needs difficult. Support is essential to prevent these vulnerable people from living in critical conditions.
Project Goals:
1. Provide daytime care for elderly and disabled individuals in frontline areas.
2. Offer medical and psychological support, including basic consultations.
3. Ensure regular delivery of hot meals and essential medications.
4. Conduct activities for engagement and socialization to improve mental well-being.
5. Collaborate with local volunteers and organizations to expand access to assistance.
Expected Outcomes:
• Short-term: Improved living conditions and reduced stress through regular nutrition and support.

Annual budget — $1.8 million:
• Daytime care and medical assistance: $600,000
• Psychological support and social activities: $300,000
• Delivery of hot meals and medicines: $500,000
• Volunteer coordination and administrative expenses: $400,000
